This is the second Japanese puzzle box I have bought from Faze 3 and again it was packed very well and arrived quickly in what appears to be perfect condition. The first box has been proved to function perfectly, so I had no fears about ordering the second as a late December birthday present. These boxes are truly beautiful items, the craftsmanship is incredible, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Faze 3.

I wanted to thank you for the beautiful lovespoon. I ordered it for my grandparents' 50th wedding and they loved it! They were especially pleased that you provided the explanation of the different symbols eg the 3 caged balls representing their 3 children.
